Any advertising on sites containing or promoting illegal activities such as violating intellectual rights.
4. Affiliate Links
You may use images and hypertext links to improve your website and your emails. You can use images and texts that we supply, or you can create your own, which are subject to approval. You may also run advertisements in the classified ads, in magazines or newspapers.
5. Affiliate tracking
When someone clicks on your Affiliate link, a cookie which contains your Affiliate ID, is sent to the client’s web navigator. Their email address, associated with your Affiliate name, is also registred in a database. When the client decides to buy a product, the link will search for the cookie that was sent to the client and/or search for the client email address in the database in order to identify the Affiliate who will receive the commission. If the client linked to your affiliate link places another order at a later date, the Affiliate will receive a commission as long as the cookie present in their search link was detected and/or he uses the same email address as the one registered in the database.
6. Terms of the agreement
These terms are valid starting the day of your registration for the programme and shall cease only upon rupture of this contract. The terms and conditions of the contract may be modified at any moment without prior warning. If the modifications do not suit you, you are in your right to terminate the contract. The non-termination of this contract signifies a tacit acceptation of the modifications.
7. Responsability
We cannot be held responsable for any problems or damages which are out of our control (loss of revenue, commision), especially in the case of a pause in service, or the loss of a database or for any other reason that our program or our webiste might be damaged. We are not responsible for the content of Affiliate websites and/or products sold on their own sites. As well, we are not responsible for any malfunctions in the Affiliate programme or on our website.
Affiliates accept and agree to obey local, regional and national laws of their location governing the sending of emails.
Affiliates agree to not cause any prejudice to Bijoux de Mode regarding legal actions and compensation concerning their daily activities.
Bijoux de mode cannot be held responsible for any offenses, contracts or any other incident whether it be indirect, consecutive or specific or for any damages (including but not limited to harm from loss of revenue, loss of profits, suspension of work, loss of information or data, loss of notoriety, complete cessation of work, data processing or material problems or any other financial problems) originating from or being linked to the clauses in this agreement or to our programme.
The above conditions notwithstanding, Bijoux de mode agrees to not exceed the total commission paid or payable to the affiliate under the terms of this contract.
Bijoux de mode remains owner of all rights, titles and interests concerning any information created or collected on the website Bijoux de mode, and reserves all rights to modify or terminate a contract at any moment, with or without prior notice.
By registering, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions of the Bijoux de mode Affiliate Programme.
