In metropolitan France
Shipping is free for all purchases of 20 euros or more.
- Lettre Max : Your order is shipped in Lettre Max, delivered directly to your postbox (no signature necessary). Delivery is made from Monday to Saturday to the address of your choice.
We reccomend this shipping mode for orders worth less than 90.00 euros.
A Lettre Max is treated as First Class Mail. It is generally distributed 1 day after being deposed at the Post office. (indicative delay).
- Colissimo Expert : Your order is shipped via Colissimo Expert, and requires a signature upon reception. Delivery is made from Monday to Saturday at the address of your choice.
If you are not at home, the letter carrier will leave a notice to enable you to pick up your package in your local Post office during 15 days.
This is the shipping mode we recommend for orders over 90.00 euros.
A guaranteed delay of 48 hours (*) for shipping in metropolitan France (including army codes and Corsica) and Monaco. An indicative delay of 4 days for parcels originating in France to Andorra. There is no guarantee of delivery in the postal code 69000.
- DHL : Your order is sent by transporter with signature upon parcel delivery. Delivery is made from Monday to Friday at the address of your choice.
This is the shipping mode we recommend for orders totaling 150.00 euros or more.
A guaranteed delay of 24 hours on business days in metropolitan France (including army codes and Corsica) and Monaco.
In Europe
Shipping is free for purchases of over 99 euros.
- Postexport 3J : Your order is posted in Postexport 3J, delivered directly to your postbox. Delivery is made from Monday to Saturday at the address of your choice.
We recommend this shipping mode for orders worth less than 90.00 euros.

Billing
Invoices are available online on your Account. No prices will be noted on the Shipping Bill.
Shipping costs are fixed and include handling and packaging fees as well as actual shipping consts.

Your jewelry will be packaged in lovely gift boxes or organza bags no matter the purchase amount.
Parcel Tracking
When your parcel ships, we send you an informative email. This email contains a link which allows you to track your parcel through the shipping system. You can also track your parcel directly on www.bijouxdemode.com, in your Account.
Parcel verification on delivery
If, when you receive your parcel, it is damaged, torn or open, you must immediately verify the condition of your order. If they have been damaged, you must refuse the parcel and note a reserve on the shipping bill (parcel refused because open or damaged).
